Description
Christina daughter of William son of Ada of Hassendean, gave, granted and made firm by this her present charter to Hugh the brewer of Hassendean all that land which she had at Cressewelle in the territory of Hassendean (ROX) with the small meadow which lies between Cressewelle and ‘Monekesflattes’ with all its pertinents and freedoms. Hugh and his heirs or assignees are to return annually to her and her heirs, at Pentecost, one penny for all secular service and demand.
