Description
Eda, former wife of Stephen of Lithgow, appeared in full court of the abbot and convent of Paisley at Renfrew, [where she] in her free widowhood, of her own free will, gave, granted, and by this present writing resigned and quitclaimed to Paisley Abbey, that land lying next to the house of the late Stephen the marischal on the east, in the villa of Renfrew, which she held of Paisley Abbey at ferme.
