William of Lindsey has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Dryburgh Abbey the land that was Master Thomas of Haregune’s in the villa of Berwick (former BWK) next to the cemetery of the Holy Trinity on the south side of ‘herentem’ (?), in free, pure and perpetual alms.
