Description
William de Vescy has granted and made firm by this his present charter the gift which Walter son of Alan made to Melrose Abbey, namely of all the land which Walter held from him in Mow (ROX) with all its pertinents, just as the charter of Walter, which they had, is fully testifying, in free, pure and perpetual alms.
