Description
Walter of Lundin and Christina, his spouse, for the recognition of our fraternitas, have given, granted, and by this our charter established, to Arbroath Abbey, one chalder of wheat, delivered annually on Pentecost at Benholm in perpetuity. Moreover, if by chance it happens that by the arrangement of God or themselves, either or both, that they end their final day in the Mearns or in Angus or in somewhere nearby, they choose to be buried at Arbroath and commit their bodies to be buried there.
