Thomas of ‘Betherf’ (Rattray?) knight, son of Alan of ‘Betherf’ (Rattray?), and his heirs are held to Dunfermline Abbey for a payment of 12 marks annually for the land of Bendochy (PER), for his homage and service, 6 marks at Pentecost and 6 marks at Martinmas, as contained in his charter.
