Ralph son and heir of Sir Gregory Long has given and granted to Richard son of Roger, burgess of Dundee, his land in the Seagate next to the land of Nicholas called Chaplain on the east side and the land of the late Richard Clerk on the west, with all its pertinents in lease (in emphiteosim) for 4s. annually in the fairs of Dundee (15 Aug.), beginning in the year 1281.
