Description
John, son of Bertram of Little Reston, has granted to the monks at Coldingham two oxgangs of land with a toft and croft and buildings in the villa of Reston, which the late William Cantor and Ada his wife held of him of the gift and fefftment of Adam son of Cospatric, Ada's father, his grandfather, in the same villa, and which afterwards Ada in her free and lawful widowhood quitclaimed.
