Description
Philip de Munfichet (Muschet), and his wife Anna, daughter and heir of the late Sir Colin Durward, have given, granted and quitclaimed in perpetuity to Monymusk Priory all right and claim that they had in a certain half davach of land on which is situated the church of Leochel (ABD), by its right bounds, with all liberties, rights and easements, with common pasture for 40 cows and 100 sheep, with their offspring for two years, and four horses, in free, quiet, pure and perpetual alms, [free] from all aid, exaction, secular service and custom.
