Malcolm of Moray, knight, has given, granted, and established by this his charter to Dunfermline Abbey all his land of Wester Beath (FIF) which he held hereditarily from Sir Alexander of Moray, in free and perpetual alms, with all its easements and just pertinents, free and quit, saving the forinsec service pertaining to the land.
