Description
Robert son of William of Moffat [has granted and by this his charter established to Holm Cultram Abbey?] in free, pure and perpetual alms, that toft with croft that lies [between the toft of Nicholas de Reraik on the north] and the toft of Hugh son of Norman on the south side … in the villa of Troqueer (DMF), holding as Walter de Burgh conferred that toft and croft on the same monks in alms, with all its liberties and free customs and easements, and with all hereditary right.
