Richard son of Lescelin has given, granted and delivered to Holm Cultram Abbey in perpetual and pure alms, his whole toft in the western part of the villa of Dumfries which lies between the land of Robert son of Avelin and the land of Ralph cousin of William son of Peter, holding free and quit from all service, custom, exaction and demand.
