King William to Holyrood Abbey; has granted quitclaim made by Saer de Quincy, earl of Winchester, of any right he might possess in church of Tranent; also, one ploughgate of land and ten acres in territory of Tranent at Falside with free exit and common pasture, which Saer's father gave in free and perpetual alms, and which Saer established; also, whole land in Longniddry (ELO), which Saer's father gave to support service of chapel in same villa, and which Saer established
