Document 3/387/4 (Cold. Cart., no. 27)

Description
David Marischal makes known that the controversy between him and Coldstream concerning the land lying between Whitchester and Otterburn has been brought to an end, namely, that he has quitclaimed from that place where the ‘Heselihow’ falls in ‘Dvi’ towards the hill up to the ‘bubbling’ river of ‘Heselihow’ and thus crosses the marsh up to the head of the peatary towards the north.
