Description
Thomas of Monymusk has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Sir Patrick of Graham, all the land of ‘Cuyl’ in the earldom of Strathearn (PER), with all its pertinents and right boundaries, having and holding of the said Patrick in feu and heritage in perpetuity, as freely and quietly as he held and possessed the said land from the lord earl of Strathearn, making forinsec service to the lord earl of Strathearn.
