Description
Hugh Freskin has given, granted, and established by this his present charter to Master Gilbert, archdeacon of Moray, and the heirs of his kindred (parentela) to whom he wishes to give and to grant it, his whole land of Skelbo in Sutherland (SUT), and of Ferincoskry (SUT) and Invershin (SUT), as well as his whole land of Sutherland towards the west that lies between the aforementioned lands and the borders of Ross, by its right bounds, for the service of one bowman, for all exaction, custom, service and demand, and acquitting the forinsec service of the lord king.
