Description
Lady Euphemia, wife of the late Sir Walter of Moray, lord of Duffus, has given and in all things quitclaimed to the church of Moray and Bishop Archibald all her land that she had in Ross in the name of her dower, that is, the third part of the land of ‘Clonys’ next to Dingwall (ROS), which was Sir Walter her lord’s, for the support of two chaplains in the cathedral church of Elgin in perpetuity, according to the form of the charter of Fergus of Ardrossan.
