Description
Harvey, son of Humphrey ‘Wllebeter’ of Forfar, and Heloise, his sister, have sold and by this their present charter established to Balmerino Abbey half the land which lies between the land of Gilbert son of Isaac on one side and the land of Gilfali Machardi, client of the lord king, on the other, rendering annually to Heloise and her heirs 3d. on the feast of St Michael for all service, custom, exaction and demand. Sealed with the common seal of the burgh of Forfar.
