Description: Philip de Moubray, for the welfare of the soul of the late William, his lord, king of Scotland and for the welfare of the souls of himself and his spouse Galiena and their heirs, has given, granted, and by this his charter established to Arbroath Abbey one full toft in the burgh of Inverkeithing which Roger de Fonte (Wells?) held, on the eastern side of the parish church next to the well, in free, pure and perpetual alms, with all its pertinents and easements, free and quit from all service, custom and secular exaction.
