Description
Adam of Stawell, brother and heir of Richard Revel, in the court of the lord King Alexander at Forfar, has resigned and quitclaimed and abjured for himself and his heirs in perpetuity, to Ermengarde, queen and mother of the lord King Alexander, the lands of Coultra and Balmerino in Fife, with the advowson of the church of Balmerino and land of Ardie FIF) in lordships and services, with all liberties and pertinents pertaining to that land without any reservation. He has also resigned all right that he or heirs might claim, by rod and staff, into the hand of Lady Ermengarde, mother of the lord King Alexander.
