Description
Weland of Stickley, lord of Kinblethmont, announces that if the land of Kinblethmont (ANG) is deprived of him by lawsuit while he is absent, he wills and grants for himself and his heirs or assignees that that piece of land near ‘Synkerdun’ which was formerly called ‘Glauflat’ between the new grange and Kinblethmont, which he holds from the abbot and convent of Arbroath at ferme for 20s. annually, should revert freely to the monks without any contradiction.
