Description
Abbot Thomas and the convent of Lindores has given, granted and by this their present charter established to Christian de l’Isle, burgess of Perth, a third part of a toft of land, which lies next to the toft of John, son of Lene, towards the south in the villa of Perth, in free burgage, to be held as freely as they had it by the gift of Sir Malcolm of Kilspindie and Lady Margaret, his wife, to be held by a render of one pound of pepper at the Assumption of BVM, and making forinsec service of the lord king.
