Description
Patrick, abbot of Kelso, and the convent, obligate themselves ‘not to prejudge’ Roger de Quincy, earl of Winchester, constable of Scotland, by an agreement between Kelso Abbey and Richard Maitland and William his eldest son, anent the lands of ‘Haderweick’ (BWK) and pasturages of Thirlestane (BWK) and Blythe (BWK), ‘within their terme’.
