Description
William (II) de Somerville, with the counsel of William his father, and his other friends, has given and granted to Glasgow Cathedral and Bishop Ingram, and made firm by this his charter to Jocelin, bishop of Glasgow, his successor, the church of Carnwath (LAN) in free and perpetual alms, with a half ploughgate of land pertaining to it, and with a full toft and croft pertaining to that half ploughgate, and with common pasture and other easements of the same villa.
