Description
William, bishop of St Andrews, at the request of Prior T[homas] and the convent of St Andrews, has given and granted and by this his charter established to Reginald, the chaplain, the chapels of Binny (WLO) and Tartraven (WLO) in free, quit and perpetual alms, with lands, teinds, offerings and other obventions, holding in his lifetime. The chapel of Binny shall respond as mother church in synodalia and other episcopal dues (?).
