Description
Alexander, king of Scots, commands Richard of Bickerton and his bailiffs of Penrith and Cumberland that they are in no way to permit anyone to erect any fence within his forest of Inglewood (Cumberland), and if any should have been erected it is to be torn to the ground, permitting no-one to diminish his common.
