Description
Pope Innocent III issues a bull in favour of the brethren of Hospital of Jerusalem, by which he prohibits parishioners from committing various excesses against the said brethren of the house or their men, including upon their victual, clothing and money, or other property. Anyone who commits one of these excesses shall be denied religious sacraments, excepting baptism of children and penances of the dying.
