Description
Stephen son of Stephen of Kinnerley, with the will and consent and counsel of his lord father and in his presence, has sold, granted and by this his charter established in perpetuity, to Gregory, bishop of Brechin, for the support of the bridge of Brechin, and to the upkeep of the chaplain celebrating there in perpetuity, for the deceased faithful in the church of Brechin or elsewhere, all his land of Drumsleed (KCD), free and quit from all exaction and custom except the forinsec of the lord king. He has resigned all right and claim that he had in the land with his homage into the hand of the lord king Alexander (II), by staff and baton.
