King William to Paisley Priory; has granted land between Old Patrick [Water] and [burn of] Espedair (RNF) which Walter, son of Alan, has given; also all disafforested land between Maich [Water] and [River] Calder; one part of land on east of Paisley mill (RNF); land at Renfrew (RNF) which Walter granted in free burgage; timber and fuel in forest of Sanquhar (AYR), with quitclaim of 'Clohhary' (Mickle Cloak, AYR?) and with liberty to build fishery next to town of Renfrew on both sides of water
