Description
Pope Urban III confirms the grant by the prior and brothers of Durham of the immunity from claim, custom, cain, conveth, and all service to the church of Coldingham with their other churches and chapels in the diocese of St Andrews by Robert, bishop of St Andrews, in the presence of David, king of Scots, Thurstan, archbishop of York, Ranulf, bishop of Durham, John, bishop of Glasgow, and G[eoffrey], abbot of St Albans, as by Pope Alexander III.
