Description
John, prior of St Andrews, and the convent of the same place, have inspected a letter of Lord William of Lamberton, their bishop, which he provided to the monks of Dunfermline concerning the conveyance of the vicarage of the church of the convent of Dunfermline (FIF), and additionally the parish. The canons, by the common consent of their chapter, ratify, and by the present charter confirm, the conveyance as contained in bishop William’s charter so that it may obtain perpetual strength.
