Description
Adam son of Henry, husband of Donoca, daughter of the late John son of Hervey Abbe of Falkirk, by the consent and assent of his spouse, Donoca, has resigned and quitclaimed to his lords, the abbot and convent of Holyrood, all his right which pertains to him by reason of his spouse, Donoca, in part or in whole, in the land which is called Abland in Falkirk (STL). If he goes against this resignation he will pay a penalty of 100 pounds.
