Description
Nicholas de la Haye, knight, having attained the trust and the goodwill of his dear lord Edward, king of England, Lord of Ireland, and Duke of Aquitaine, he promises for himself and his heirs, upon pain of body and possessions, that he will serve him well and loyally against all people, every time he should be required or summoned; and that he shall not harm or trouble him.
