Description
Robert, king of Scots, has inspected and, with competent deliberation, truly understood the charters of William, the late king of Scotland, concerning the tofts of Perth and of Forfar and the liberties of the tofts. He approves, ratifies and by the tenor of his present charter establishes the charters in all things and by all things found within them.
