John, king of Scotland, writes to lord J[ohn], archbishop of York, primate of England, noting that as he has right of presentation to the church of Parton (KCB), Whithorn diocese, now vacant, he presents Walter of Darlington, his clerk, and asks that the archbishop admit him to the church and institute him in the same.
