Description
John de Soules, guardian of the realm of Scotland, and the prelates, earls, barons and all the community of the realm write to lord Philip, king of France, noting the return of lord William, bishop of St Andrews, from an expedition of certain of their business, and states that they shall promise to observe the confederation between the king and the king of England.
