Description
William and Robert, bishops of St Andrews and Glasgow, John Comyn and James Stewart of Scotland, guardians of the kingdom, and the community of the same, write to lord Erik, king of Norway, noting that the pope has granted a dispensation that the son and heir of the king of England may take his daughter, their lady, in marriage; they have agreed thereto and request that Erik make arrangements for her to come to England with haste in order that she arrives by 1 November.
