Description
Malise, earl of Strathearn, for the salvation of his soul, and for the souls of all his ancestors and successors, has granted and by this his present charter established to Coupar Angus Abbey that donation and warranty which Sir Gilbert Hay, lord of Errol, made to Coupar Angus of the two acres nearer the church of Fossoway (PER) on the west side, with the advowson of that church, to be held and had in free, pure and perpetual alms, with all their pertinents, freedoms, and easements.
