- Edward de Brus, lord of Galloway, makes known that for the health of his soul and the souls of his ancestors and successors, has given, remitted and quitclaimed for himself and his heirs, to the abbot and convent of Holm Cultram the yearly payment of £10 which they used to make to the lords of Buittle for their lands which they have at Kirkgunzeon in Galloway, in free and perpetual alms, by the gift and grant of Roland, son of Uhtred and other donors.
