Document 3/384/12 (Melvilles, no. 13)

Description
Henry of Melville, son and heir of Raynald of Melville, and Margaret, Henry’s spouse, make known that Henry, with the consent of the said Margaret, his spouse, has granted and leased at ferme to John called son of 'Moroc', all his land of Torbrex (STL) for a period of ten years for one mark yearly, half at Pentecost and half at Martinmas, beginning at Pentecost 1311. Other terms are stipulated. Because his seal is not known, the seals of the community of Stirling and the abbot of Cambuskenneth have been appended.
