Description
Pope Nicholas IV grants to William, bishop of Brechin, that he may dispose by testament of such of his personal property as does not belong to the ministry of the altar or to the order of the Friars Preachers, in which he was professed, to pay the expenses of his funeral, and to reward his tenants or kinsmen; the debts being first paid, and the churches, whose fruits he has received, not being forgotten.
