Description
Pope Nicholas IV commands the bishop of St Andrews to grant a dispensation to the nobleman Richard, son of the nobleman David Marischal of Niddrie, and the noblewoman Agnes, daughter of Richard Siward, knight, to intermarry, they being related in the fourth degree of kindred, the marriage being designed to put an end to enmity between the families, as contained in their petition to him.
