Pope Nicholas IV commissions and commands the bishop of Moray, at the request of the abbot of Kinloss, to grant a dispensation to Andrew, called Cantor, monk of the same monastery, son of a priest, to minister in orders received and be promoted to any dignity of his order short of abbot.
