Description
William of Maule, lord of Panmure, gave, granted and by this his present charter established to Ralph of Dundee, Benvie and Balruddery (ANG), with the advowson of the church of the same place (i.e. Benvie), with the mill and every other pertinent, to be held at feu-ferme, without suit at any court of the king or any other. Ralph and his heirs are to render six pennies for the feu-ferme. William promises warrandice.
