Description
Peter Burdet, keeper of castle of Berwick, has received from Sir Alexander de Balliol, chamberlain of Scotland, and Master Robert Heron, rector of the church of Ford, associate to the chamberlain through the lord king of England, lord superior of Scotland, forty-two pounds, fourteen shillings and four pennies of sterling as part of the payment of his wages granted to him by the lord king of England for custody of the castle.
