Receipt by Henry de Biche [de Rithe], castellan of Forres castle, on Saturday, Candlemas, 1291, by the hands of William the clerk to Sir William de Dolays [Bolays], sheriff of Forres, for £18 6s. 8d. of the fermes of the burgh of Forres, for keeping the castle. Appends his seal at Elgin. An obliterated receipt (by the same person probably) is attached, dated 1292.
