Robert Avenel, rector of the church of Stanfordham, makes known that on 15 November 1293, at Stanfordham, he has received and has from Sir Alexander of Bunkle, knight, by the hand of Robert of Fenwick, £10 of £20 in which the said Sir Alexander, by his binding letter, held of Robert for the teind of Ryel.
