Brother William, subprior of Jedburgh, and the convent, write to King Edward, noting that they are sending to him Brothers Peter Gernon and William of Corbridge, their fellow canons, to present Brother William of Yarm, who has been unanimously elected abbot in Chapter, for his assent to the election.
