Robert Heron, rector of the church of Ford, has received from Sir Alexander de Balliol, chamberlain of Scotland, twenty-four shillings and seven pennies of sterling, which are to be rendered to Sir Walter Curry, lord of the castle of Dumfries and Wigtown, by the command of the guardians of the kingdom of Scotland, for Walter’s expenses.
