Description
Sir William de Heriz, knight, gave, granted and by this his present charter established to William of Carlisle, knight, and Lady Margaret, his wife, daughter of the late Sir Robert de Brus, and their heirs, one acre of land, with one saltpan, which he held of the lords superior of Annandale, in the tenement of Rainpatrick (DMF), to be held for the services owed and customary to the same lords superior of Annandale. William promises warrandice.
